You will need your 7 digit order number found on your packing slip as well as your ZIP Code to process a return. 

 

If you purchase an electronic device defective or Dead on Arrival (Manufacture defect), please contact the manufacture for a replacement. If you request a return for an item that is defective, we will direct you to contact the manufacture.

 

Return Policy:

 

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of order ship date. All returns must including every including all packaging, cables, and manuals in a working condition. For phones / tablets / computers, they must be factory reset and all accounts removed before returning. All returns are assessed a 15% or $5 restocking fee, whichever is higher. Items returned with missing parts, damaged, not reset, or non-working condition will be denied or assessed a restocking fee greater than the previously stated one at our discretion. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for all returns of which is deducted from the refund amount. Shipping charges for expedited and 1 day shipments are non-refundable.  Please note the return policy exceptions below:

  • Electronics have a 20 day return period from order ship date.
  • We will not accept returns for Software, Video Games, personal care items, grocery, Gift Cards, prepaid cards, or DVD/Blueray discs.
  • Items damaged by the customer are non-returnable. Also, items damaged in shipment to us for a return are considered customer damage and will be denied.

 

Returns past return date:

Returns requested past the dates specified in our return policy will be either denied or accepted with the below conditions. We retain the right to choose what option we enforce.

  • Returns accepted past our return policy are subject to the following:
    • o   Restocking fee of 25% or $15 whichever is higher
    • o   If the selling price of the item on has gone done since time of purchase that price will be considered the original purchase price. For example, let’s consider an item originally purchased for $60. The current selling price of the item is $50 at time of the return request past the return policy date. If we approve the return, we will consider the item sold / return value for $50.
    • o   If item is missing parts, packaging, manual, accessories, etc from the return it will either be denied or subject to a higher restocking fee.

 

Additional Details:

  • All authorized returns must be in the mail within 3 days of the authorization and arrive at our warehouse within 10 days. Returns beyond these dates will be denied.
  • All refunds and exchanges are subject to our store manager’s approval and may be limited or denied at his or her discretion.
  • The terms of returns are subject to change without notice.
